To address the goal, four steps sustain the research methodology: 1) An exploratory study of Knowledge Organization Systems maintenance and updating; 2) Mapping and analysis of the methods for enriching ontologies, from the literature review; 3) Qualitative content analysis of documents selected in Phases 1 and 2; 4) Development of the methodology for domain ontology enrichment.
